If you could have one high-calorie treat every day without it adding to your weight, what would it be? For most women, it would be chocolate. Woman's Day magazine did an online survey asking women "If I could eat one food every day without gaining weight, it would be..." The results:
- Chocolate 34%
- Pizza 24%
- French fries 18%
- Steak 14%
- Ice cream 10%
Woman's Day says you can eat chocolates every day without gaining weight if you limit it to a 1-ounce piece and eat dark chocolate.
1-ounce! Are you kidding me!
